About Nicole
With seven + years of experience as a trauma specialist and addiction counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma and reclaim their sense of well-being. My practice focuses on creating a safe and compassionate space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and develop resilience. I specialize in Counseling and Coaching (for anyone outside of the state of New Mexico), working with individuals facing challenges such as PTSD, childhood trauma, and complex emotional struggles.
As a USAF Veteran I am experienced in working with Vets, military, and first responders.
I specialize in evidence-based methods like DBT, CBT, and Narrative Therapy. I guide clients through mindfulness and employing practical life skills. We’ll work to uncover your strength, build resilience, and create lasting tools for balance and fulfillment.
